Posted 9 Nov 2009 by Gilles J. Seguin Post: PPL has a point. Looks like both Linux versions are more then 4x larger then prior releases. The cli command would display debug info $ nm minirosetta_2.00_x86_64-pc-linux-gnu that is, the file has not being strip. other improvement would be to used shared option with prelink utility. That is, static linking is far from being optimal. Here the CPU is quad core. i would like to know also what is hapening with availability of client for GPU hardware. |

Requesting 28801 seconds of work, reporting 0 completed tasks Mon 27 Jul 2009 12:10:13 PM EDT|rosetta@home|Scheduler request completed: got 0 new tasks on Fedora 11 with different architectures minirosetta_1.86_x86_64-pc-linux-gnu The problem looks like also from boinc fetching new minirosetta_1.86_x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, because from a new computer, means newly install boinc-client we can register a rosetta projects with for example boinc-manager but it can not fetch the minirosetta_1.86_x86_64-pc-linux-gnu file that is for me, the /var/lib/boinc/projects/boinc.baberlab.org_rosetta directory is empty, no files. The log message in this case is also Sending scheduler request: To fetch work. hope it help |
