It is exactly relevent to the project, and absolutely nothing to do with BOINC. Actually, the description of Boinc behaviour is correct. While "an in touch project manager can remove future downloads" would also cause a lack of WUs to be downloaded, that is not what is happening here, since I have just downloaded WUs that so far are all erroring out.
