I have a different account on Rosetta home page with 86 credits. I want this account deleted (870706). I want my other Rosetta account to show up on Rosetta with all my current credits/wu's, etc. How is this done? I cannot get a straight answer and want the account stated above deleted and the other put in its' place.

As you say, that machine hasn't contacted the project since August 24. As for merging things. No, you can only merge machines registered to the same user account. Since you apparently have multiple user accounts, that will not be possible. As for what to do, yes, for any machine that is not showing under the user account where you want it, do the following: detach from the project, then attach again entering the EMail address and password you wish the host to be owned by. How do I detach this account with only the 86 credits (870706) and keep the other account with the most credits? BOINC manager shows the account with the high credit total yet Rosetta doesn't show it. How do I have it show on my Rosetta home page? Apparently this account is no good since all my wu's are being credited to the other account. This account is only causing confusion. How do I delete this account and show the other? If I detach through BOINC manager then I will lose all my credit from the other account correct...? or am I wrong....this is all confusing!! Rosetta should have safeguards for this and allow more than 1 account to merge since it is the same computer!

Yes, the "fix" is for you to use the same EMail address and password as you attach to the project. Then all of your machines, and your message board posts, will be under the same user ID. How do I merge that ID with my other so my stats will update and then for me to dump that ID afterwards? I can't find 870706....what do I do? Do I need to detach from Rosetta and then re-attach again and use the same password and email as I did on SETI?

And so the tasks on your machine were issued to another host ID. The host ID is shown in the first few messages as BOINC starts. What is your host ID on Rosetta for this machine? 880547...and I believe I found the other...272927. Any fix for this? I hope these numbers are correct.

I just added more today. Work is not the issue whatsoever. The issue is that Rosetta has 9 wu's (in red) that shouldn't be in my qeue. It should show about 35 wu's. My stats page has me at 86 credits whereas on BOINCSTATS I have nearly 300 with a RAC of 16. My BOINC manager says the same thing. Rosetta stats page says my last update was 24 August. Rosetta homepage for all my stats is wrong and has been for nearly 10 days. ...My BOINC manager says "no work sent" even though I just received 14 wu's. Something is definitely wrong on Rosetta since BOINCSTATS & my BOINC manager have the correct numbers for my stats. ...Maybe I need to re-attach to Rosetta through my BOINC manager? As far as I can see this is an issue with Rosetta.

That's the last time my stats were updated. No Rosetta wu's are showing on my tasks list on this site. When is someone going to pay attention around here. How about some kind of answer instead of nothing....I have heard Rosetta is notorius for ignoring people.

What's going on here? Also, Rosetta says my last update was 24 August. My numbers are all wrong on Rosetta (RAC, total credits, etc.)..how do I fix this?

All the wu's presently showing on my task page on Rosetta@home do not show on my BOINC manager. 2. All the wu's presently showing on my BOINCE manager are not showing on my Rosetta@home task page. 3. Rosetta says I have had no activity or update since 24 Aug. Credit shows 86 and it should be 250+ and going up each day. What the heck is going on around here?
