After some system update (Debian x64) all new WU's ends with exit code 193 https://boinc.bakerlab.org/result.php?resultid=993426232.
How it happens: WU download ends, computation starts and after few seconds finish with computation error. Event log says that output file ___ for task ___ absent.
All previously started WU's was finished fine.

I have default setting for task checkpoints (60 s), but some tasks do not have checkpoint when i see information about those tasks. If i shutdown my computer and turn it on next time those tasks will start from 0%. This is very sad. Especially when task was more then 90% ready.

Nice catch! That is indeed the problem. Sorry for the silly mistake!

This will be fixed in a few minutes. We are just about ready to push another app update dealing with the issues.

Thanks so much for everyone spending the time to track this down. Immense appreciation on our end!

Thank you!
Finally all works fine.

WUs named like cs_vanilla_abrelax_... finish with error 'Output file ... absent'
and Windows shows message that Rosetta mini 1.4 causes an error and will be terminated (or something like this).

Which complete version number of minirosetta? I've had workunits from both version 1.40 and version 1.45 lately. There's already separate threads for reporting problems in each of them - rather long for 1.40, and rather short for the newer 1.45. You might get a more useful response if you report the problem in the thread specific to that version, although similar problems have been reported in the thread for 1.40 before, mostly with more complete error reports.

When i get this problem i was already runing version 1.45 but in the message generated by Windows was 1.4
