(Message 66727) Posted 1 Jul 2010 by [FVG] bax Post: Looking at BOINC.Italy's stats we had a "recent dramatic increase in throughput" and it was clearly due to international (SG BOINC Pentathlon, CASP) and internal (BOINC.ITA) challenges. Those challenges are followed by a residual RAC surplus: Rosetta@home is a really good and useful project, so lot of new users do not detach after the challenge I think that Rosetta@home itself should launch a challenge to increase throughput during CASP months ;)

No. Pentathlon challenge was maybe the best ever team challenge. Chapeaux to SETI.Germany for it! Can we use this "challenge feeling" to increase Rosetta@home support at least till the end of CASP9? Don't know how... a Rosetta's specific challenge? CASP badges?

Is there someone else with the same "little misunderstanding" ? Paolo
