I don't think so. I wish they could though.

Is it possible to run a singular task on all of your CPU's cores and threads? I want to try this mostly for fun. Also does anyone know how the Rosetta computation works, I would love to know.

Could rosetta@home use a neural network to improve it's ability to predict a protein structure and use less CPU time? I think it be cool to implement some AI algorithm to Rosetta, to make it more efficient. I don't know how to do this or if it could work, I was just thinking about it.
5) Questions and Answers : Preferences : CPU Time For Tasks (Message 96562)

So I found a setting in Rosetta@home preferences and it's called Target CPU run time, I changed it to one day from three hours; now I'm noticing that tasks take a day to complete which is fine for me, but does that mean Rosetta@home will find the lower energy state for that protein, than if the Target CPU run time was only 3 three hours? So what is better? I don't care about points I'm interested in predicting the lowest energy states.

What was the engery state? Did you have CPU time set longer than 24 hours?

No, Rosetta just doesn't have tasks right now for some reason. Expect some tasks in a few days or shorter.
