rosetta@home is running in tasks bur there is no screensaver when it should be running I just get the Boinc screensaver but not the rosetta graphic.

i'm on macOS sierra 10.12.4

because i can no longer reach the seti@home server

I am using a MacBook with 1.2 GHz Intel Core m5 it's MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2016)

I do not know who to contact about this.
Please help me or direct me to someone who can.

I am running r@h on a MacBook v OS Sierra v 10.12.4

When I report a finished task, I never receive a new task. But if I remove r@h and add it again, Richard Dawkins gives me a new task immediately.

I have read the FAQ, but did not see an answer to my question.

Can you please explain this?

When you attach to a project, be careful to select specifically that you have an existing account.


Hi

Thank you for getting back to me.

I had to reinstall Boinc and I could get to the page. I was also informed the seti server was down. But I'm still getting no tasks for Rosetta even though it's listed as a program...

Why is that? I'm I doing something wrong?!

Are you using that computer now, or a different one?

It could be just a network connection problem, but if things are getting progressively worse then your disk drive may be failing. It does not look good.

I had to delete Boinc and reinstall it again. and then it worked. But I'm still not getting any new tasks!

I don't have a disk drive. I opted for flash..

seti@home and Rosetta have disappeared from my task list but I am unable to contact to the server and cannot open the home from google. My browsers cannot connect to servers. When I try to join from my boinc manager because it says I have already downloaded loaded it.

I hope someone answers me soon.
