(Message 69898) Posted 26 Mar 2011 by Adamo900 Post: 1) I noticed, that unit mem_widd_run03_centroid_A_1afo_SAVE_ALL_OUT_IGNORE_THE_REST_22158_576874_0 using minirosetta version 217 ...doesn`t show graphics at all, when I pick the TASK/SHOW GRAPHICS option. 2) Also, I don`t know how to force Linux Ubuntu to automatically show up a rosetta screensaver, like it is under windows (what I can do is only to pick the TASK/SHOW GRAPHICS option). I searched the internet how to repair it and found no answer.

When I try to open the screensaver it doesn`t show anything. At least with lr8_seq_score12_rlbd_1o4w_IGNORE_THE_REST_DECOY_11810_1783_0 using minirosetta version 167 unit. "Searching", "Accepted", "Low Energy", Native", "RMSD" and "Accepted Energy" fields are empty. Stage is descripted as "Unknown", but CPU time is shown. My nick, total credit and RAC are shown properly. Unit name and percent of crunching the unit are shown properly. Model is shown 5. Things like "step", "accepted energy", "accepted RMSD", "Low energy" and "Low RMSD" at the bottom right of the screen are always 0. Here`s how it looks like:
