BOINC :: BOINC support services shutting down... </stderr_txt> Validate state Valid Every other single WU rosetta tried had failed and threw SIGABRT codes in the stderr. I upgraded to the 5.62 to give it a chance, and it threw the error, but claimed it completed and gave me credit. Is this valid? I took a look at some other user's results, and didn't see any abort codes

And then, at some percentage, the CPU time (the counter of how much time the CPU has spent on the WU) stops counting, even if the WU is Running. Then After a long time, I get a Compute error. Rosetta is finding the applciation and running on it, but its failing to complete work units. And you're right, if it works for Ubuntu, it should be working for Kubuntu.... example of a result: http://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/result.php?resultid=75799040 FYI, you need to update that since they released their new application today
5) Questions and Answers : Unix/Linux : platform 'x86_64-pc-linux-gnu' not found (Message 40205) Posted 2 May 2007 by PieBandit Post: I'm on 64 bit kubuntu, and using the anonymous platform.l it was detected just fine, and began crunching, but every single work unti fails. the first three have had client errors. I have 2 right now that, bizarrely enouhg, do not make progress while they run. I'm running kubuntu 7.04 and using an app_info to use the latest built linux client.
