It happened to me few days ago. For some WUs progress changed from let's say 50% to 100% immediately after resuming (even when BOINC Manager was switching between tasks from other projects). I haven't noticed it again. BTW I cannot see some of my tasks between 24-28 Mar 2020 in my account.

Some WUs end with errors (no points granted), some WUs end at percentage they were before restarting (points partially granted) and some WUs continue to process as it should be.
