Team Pages Organization?
(Message 32136)
Posted 6 Dec 2006 by Erick Post: As of this moment, all of the teams are just listed in order of, I think, recent credits. I understand that the people at Rosetta@home are probably very busy, but it is possible to lump teams together in a more user-friendly way? I noticed that there can be multiple groups for one college (cal poly, cal poly pomona), there are likely multiple similar interests groups that wouldn't mind merging and it would mean less teams, more manpower per team which is I think better than a billion teams of 2-4 people. (and I think that saves some server space too, if you don't have to hold info for a lot of teams, right?) I tried to use the search function to look for a team, but apparently that only searches the entire boinc.bakerlab.org site, which didn't do me any good. Personally, I'm looking for a team that's affiliated with Korea, but after about 20 or so pages, I just gave up (this is after looking through 50 or so pages of university affiliated teams) So whadya say? |
