Bennyrop - have been running avg7.5 for several weeks now. No Norton stuff on this PC!
Housing - hope that 950mb approx mem is sufficient for rosie, also have 2.something gb virtual mem.

The change between claimed/granted credits was so sudden. Previously claimed/granted was approx equal over time.
There have been no system changes that could create such a disparity.PC is not yet 6 mos old.

for last 7 completed Wus.
claimed granted (newest completed WU at the top)
61.21 54.58
65.08 54.27
64.58 43.91
62.83 40.43
65.17 67.09
64.03 68.73
65.24 66.77
Can someone advise why 'granted' has fallen so much recently? PC runs more or less 24/7. Run time was changed but before any of the above WUs.

See my post in the cafe. Wonders if 'Bench Jumping' is subliminal advertising for Rosie keep fit classes as they think the crunchers don't take exercise.

Noticed most WUs recently are titled 'bench jump...'. Wondering if Rosetta staff think that crunchers are so unfit they need exercise classes?
Is this a form of subliminal advertisising?

Suggest you repost this query in - Message Boards - Number Crunching - if you havent already checked the FAQ to see if anyone else has had the same problem.
You should get a much faster reply over there than in this forum.

In 'Recommended System Requirements' memory is showing 256mb for all OS. Wondering if this should be amended so that newcomers are not disappointed.

Can you get BOINC Manager on your screen?? if so -In Boinc Manager -
Try 'Simple'

Select 'Task'.
Highlight the running WU.
Select 'Show Graphics' and the running WU should appear,
{you do need to make sure the running WU is highlighted by pointing the mouse pointer at the running WU and clicking on it, a grey bar should show in the Application space, on the running WU}.

The 'Show Graphics' will only show the current running WU.

{see much correspondence in the message boards about how the clock system works for Rosetta}.
If the above does not work i suggest you repost your query in Number Crunching - problems with rosetta 5.46 - where you will hopefully get a much more technical reply. This forum is not so widely read as the other.
