On my AMD all units with 2257 fail due to 'maximum disk usage exceeded'.
Only that series of WU's gives this error, so I abort them whenever they come in to avoid wasting time.
To bad I have to do this, but as nothing I can do seems to solve this problem, it's the only solution for me.
Crunch on.

This WU looks like it was successfully crunched twice, yet noone got credit.

I'm not sure if this is a app related problem but this https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/result.php?resultid=120962799 was the result of a wu running for a little over a minute. I'm running Bonic 5.10.30 vista home preimum intel dual core 6320 1.86ghz and 1.87ghz, 2gb ram
Cheers

This result gave me just 1.59 credits after 10,888.16 seconds, this is a return of just 0.53 cr/h.
Not a very good return.

Also contains "No heartbeat from core client for 31 sec - exiting". I've not had good luck when this condition arises.

Actually, I think this is our (the developer's) fault! There may be to much output from the run, and there's a maximum of something like a few Mb's allowed in the text output ("stdout.txt"). We're looking into it. Thanks much for posting -- we can't catch these kinds of problems on ralph!

We're looking into this one -- most of the failures (which are happening at a pretty low overall rate of a few percent) for BOINC_SYMM_FOLD_AND_DOCK_RELAX are indeed due to this error, which should be fixable! Thanks for continuing to post!

I've had errors from hbonds.cc on some BOINC_SYMM_FOLD_AND_DOCK_RELAX-****_-crystal_foldanddock__2257 WUs:

I have a very high number of computer errors on one of my computers, and need some help tracking down the cause. Here is a link to the most recent example

MFR_SYMM_FOLD_AND_DOCK_RELAX_GB1_mutant_2286_18566 was crashing because the name of the return file was incorrectly specified. So the jobs ran correctly and produced an output but the client tries to transfer a file that does not exists.

The job has been removed from the queue and will not be sent out more. With that said I apologize to everyone that we did not track this down earlier. It got under the radar.

WU 121792337 (1bgf__ETABLE_ABRELAX-1bgf_-frags83__2312_648_0) ran on my PC with very few, maybe only 1, checkpoints.

Fortunately I didn't shut down while it was running, and so I didn't lose any CPU time.

OK, we're looking into this, especially the "1i8f" workunits. If you continue to see errors, please post at the message board for Rosetta version 5.85 (any new workunits since Nov. 20 should probably be running with that app). Thanks!

Strange, have not touched anything on the panel and I get this message. Please advise as I'm using this laptop away from home. Any ideas? Thanks
