Hi,

I was running SETI@HOME and my computer was using 100% CPU power to calculate 2 tasks at the same time. I was happy with that.

Then I added Rosetta@home and Einstein@home. Now my computer only uses 50% CPU power and only calculates 1 task at the time. The other waiting tasks are marked as \'preempted\'.

Why is that? And how can I change it?

Go to \'your account\', \'view general preferences\', \'edit\', and change the multiprocessor setting to 2 (if it isn\'t already).

While you\'re there, make sure that you have \'keep applications in memory when preempted\' set to yes.

(Both of these are from memory so I may not have it exactly right).
