Your Goal
Androgen receptor (green) is out of control, causing a cancerous tumor!
You have to design another protein (yellow) to block it and stop the cancer.
To do that, your protein needs to fit tightly up against androgen receptor.
So, find the side chain that plugs the hole (outlined by gray dots) and makes a tight fit!
How to Play
- Cycle through the choices with the Animate arrow-buttons in the bottom right corner.
- As you cycle, the possible choices will appear in orange.
- To get a better view, click and drag on the image to rotate it.
- When you think you've got it, check by clicking the box on the right labeled ANSWER.
