Sorry for entirely trivial question - how can I find out what protein structure is my computer computing?
For example: homopt__cstmc_1.t328_.t328_.IGNORE_THE_REST.S_00002_0000896_0_0023.pdb.JOB_16871_50_0
I suppose t328 is protein name... ?
Thanks for patience.

There is a thread on the subject. But it is not complete.

Unfortunately in your case the txxx indication is just a reference to a target. Such as during CASP when the protein is not identified, or assigned a name yet.
