The screensaver is activating whether I want it or not, if I cancel it, it just pops up again. If there is no solution, I am going to have to stop allowing Rosetta@home cpu time in BOINC.

Having a similar problem. The mini screensaver windows pops up at their own will, and when I close them the minirosetta process crashes and the task is completed with computation error. I have also noticed that the rosetta project is using much less disk space (from ~450 MB -> ~160 MB)
I have suspended progress until I see a solution somewhere :(

I am having a similar problem with the exception that it is full screen and comes on after just a couple of seconds inactivity. I have had to suspend it so I could type this message as it was skipping letters.
A shame really because I think it is for a good cause.
